Next generation genomics: world map of high-throughput sequencers
This map was conceived by James Hadfield (Cancer Research, Cambridge, UK) and built by Nick Loman (University of Birmingham, UK). The map allows you to localise high-throughput sequencers all over the world.
The tool was developed totally independently of E-Rare and we provide here the link to the website: http://omicsmaps.com/
The tool allows to search but also add new NGS centers on the map. You can find some basic informations like type of the sequencer, website of the center or contact details.
